A plant’s strengths and weaknesses are read from its base (neutral) line at its crossover — the level where rising power (HP + ATK + DEF, net of the Sun cost to retreat) overtakes falling tempo (SPD + INI). That level differs by plant: a bulky tree crosses over young, a fast weed stays a skirmisher until mid-life. Each card’s table shows the crossover per stance and the fully-grown Lv 100 stats for comparison.

Philodendron Winterbourn is a status controller: it poisons on contact, can make a foe miss its turn, and shuts off the enemy bench's healing — a disruption kit on a fragile body with no wild range to lean on.

Desplatsia dewevrei is a broadleaf tree that moves like a weed — fewer than one tree in fifteen matches its sustained speed — trading the usual tree's wall of armour for a turn-order edge it can't keep late.

Comb Leaf Philodendron is a carrion aroid built to grind: its Thermogenesis burns the foe every checkup while its ability heals it back, so it out-lasts what it can't out-hit — from a paper-thin body.

Pineapple has the fastest opening of any epiphyte in the game and nearly the slowest follow-through — it takes the first turn, then gets out-paced, so its game is landing damage before the initiative fades.
